PUBLIC HEARING

The North Tooele Fire District is proposing to adopt an ordinance to establish minimum requirements for fire protection in residential subdivisions to ensure adequate ater supply for fire suppression and to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. This Ordinance shall be known as the "Residential Fire Protection Ordiance of the North Tooele Fire District."

All citizens are invited to provide comment at a public hearing on the proposed ordinance.
